Narayani, Manager at Paraiso Yoga, strongly believes that to applaud yoga only for its physical benefits would diminish what the system has to offer as a whole. By practicing yoga on a regular basis, you may be surprised to find that you’re building much more than a strong, flexible body.
Narayani is Certified in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, and has spent most of the last ten years teaching in Argentina, Brazil, London, Thailand and México, where she has lived since 2007. Narayani has developed a deep understanding of the body as well as the mind and soul; and is truly devoted to her students in a kindly and loving way.
