KiDo Kids Yoga, developed by Heather Kamala, is the rhyming Yogic Arts for Kids class with yoga, dance, games and puppet shows…spreading love around the world. For ages two through adult, KiDo Kids Yoga teaches yoga through rhymes in English called YogaRhymes.
