El Arrayán announces fall cooking classes!

PUERTO VALLARTA, MX – Everyone’s favorite Mexican Restaurant in Banderas Bay announces their Mexican Cooking classes, for the fall season 2011. Once again they will be sharing a few of their secrets during a series of up-coming cooking classes. Two scheduled Monday’s every month, a limited number of participants will join EL ARRAYÁN’s team for a traditional Mexican breakfast, visiting local purveyors, hands-on cooking instructions in their all-stainless steel professional kitchen and then enjoying what they have cooked for lunch.

The fee for this professional introduction to Mexican cooking techniques and ingredients is $90- $110 USD (depending on the menu) per-person. This fee also includes transportation (restaurant breakfast market & back), breakfast, instruction, take-home printed recipes, an embroidered apron and lunch, one cocktail or Mexican house wine. Class is conducted in English and will only take place with a minimum of 5 people.
