* The 10 day retreat is a practical approach to living a  full life, but also to be prepared to die peacefully .*

* The retreat will instruct you how to meditate, the basic principles of the spiritual path and teach you two techniques of Powa, the transference of consciousness at the time of death.*

* One technique is called “The 5 Powers At the time of Death” and the second is the transference of consciousness according to the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsong Khapa .*

* These techniques are open to Buddhists and non Buddhists

* INSTRUCTOR: Jhampa Shaneman, a Canadian, is the resident teacher of Rinchen Zangpo a center of the FPMT, Torreón, Mexico. *

* Jhampa has practiced Buddhism for 40 years, 14 years in India where he was ordained a Buddhist monk and 7 years of which were spent in retreats. *

* You will find Jhampa’s teachings a practical way to live an excellent life and to meet death with a clear conscience. *

* Location: Serlingpa Retreat Center is on the border between the State of Mexico City and Michoacán, 15 min from Zitacuaro, 1 hr. from Toluca and 2 hrs. from Mexico City DF. *
